Class time: 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Class schedule: Monday | Tuesday | Thursday | 2 Saturdays (required)

Location: Hocking County EMS | Mark J. Potter Training Facility

                                 450 State Route 664 N Logan, Ohio 43138

Tuition: $1,800.00  |  Payment option available

Tuition Includes: Textbook | Workbook Online Course Supplements | Uniform Shirt

Deposit: $50 (required to register)

     ** Note: Deposit is non-refundable and credited toward tuition cost **

After the above information is received, a return email will be sent with an application and a link to pay the  non-refundable registration deposit.
